It’s a reminder that we’re in a serious struggle with a very depraved religion.  I don’t think that Islam should be any more off limits to ridicule than Christianity.  Religion is constricting to the human mind.  If it is said that one’s virtue or morality comes from religion, it is a well-told and trusted lie.  More than mountains and oceans it is the religions that keeps us separate.  God was invented by Man to make sense of the mystery, the beauty, and the awe and wonderment of life.  It makes no difference which one.  It’s sad that it inadvertently does so much damage and at some time it must be dealt with.  That’s my opinion, but it’s an old glove for me to ridicule religion.  Religions are abusive & powerfully corruptive and I'll cut them all off right at their prophet. Sorry for the bit of venting.
