Emptiness
I feel emptiness
I breathe it in my lungs when I sleep
But when drifting, I stumble upon my own being.
Reaching out. I grasp a tingling warmth.
My soul is standing with its own skin
Under the tangent universe
Lifting my voice comes to emptiness
I look down to my confusion
I am nothing. Broken. My spirit is all that's left.
Realizing the brokenness, I cry
My own soul standing.
Watching
Unbenounced, I wake.
Remembering nothing but my soul
My soul is thought, my soul is me
I ask no questions about life.
We are all nothing. Our souls live on.
I breathe it in my lungs when I sleep
But when drifting, I stumble upon my own being.
Reaching out. I grasp a tingling warmth.
My soul is standing with its own skin
Under the tangent universe
Lifting my voice comes to emptiness
I look down to my confusion
I am nothing. Broken. My spirit is all that's left.
Realizing the brokenness, I cry
My own soul standing.
Watching
Unbenounced, I wake.
Remembering nothing but my soul
My soul is thought, my soul is me
I ask no questions about life.
We are all nothing. Our souls live on.
