Pain
Pain comes in many forms
Many capacities
Physical pain hurts
Mental pain hurts more
Emotional pain hurts the worse of all pain
I have been hurt emotionally for the last time
My emotions destroyed and thrown away
I no longer want to love
No longer want to be angry
No longer want to be happy
No longer want to care
Pain has come from all sides
The emotional pain came from the one I loved and cared about
If I give up that emotion
With all the rest
I hope all my pain will fade away

Don't try to block all of your feelings. It will only lead to severe depression like I have, and am working hard on solving. Continue expressing yourself, and I'm sure you will be fine. Don't give up; you're a great poet!
