I've been consumed
By a darkness
Greater than myself.

I've been taken
Kidnapped
Beaten
And bruised
By the evil that dwells within me.

I've learned to live with
My self-hatred
The voices
The delusions
Hallucinations
Scars
And pain.

That girl I once was
She's gone now
Forever
Swallowed by the sadness
That ripped me apart.

Yes, that girl who was me
She's been summoned to an eternity of darkness.
She's dead.
