Devils Smiling Clown
I lay in bed and close my eyes,
With the sheets up over my head,
It's dark and I can't see him,
But it's everything I dread...
I can hear the blood running through his veins,
His stare cuts through the night,
I can hear the drops hitting the floor,
As the blood falls from his knife...
I want to scream but what's the point,
He knows just where I am,
And he's come to take me home,
To the village of the damned...
Why is it that I didn't listen,
When they told me the time would come,
But the pleasure turned into ecstasy,
Now it's to late to run...
I feel the knife as it enters,
It's takes away my breath,
I know I'm in the darkness,
It has brought this horrible death...
Make no mistake about it,
As his smile pierces the night,
And now it's my blood that's dripping,
From the sharpness of his knife...
Goodbye my friends its over,
As he takes me beneath the ground,
Never trust the laughter,
Of the devils smiling clown.
I lay in bed and close my eyes,
With the sheets up over my head,
It's dark and I can't see him,
But it's everything I dread...
