When he is in me
I'm his only one
The knife cuts deeper
Draws blood, then it's gone
The one that murders me
Keeps me alive
The nymphomaniac
Pains me to survive
My lips are wet
All I have to do is swallow
You're in my bed

"its" in stanza 1 needs an apostrophe.
The middle stanza is particularly poignant for me. This was what I enjoyed most about this little piece.

You make assertions about a lover so concisely! The first stanza places in my mind a very intense image.
