Won't Tell Me

All night and all day I could ony think of you
Trying to forget what we said and what we did
No positives jut negatives,  that's the clue
And it hurts so bad that I can barely get up

I tried to apologize but you left me stranded
Talking to my sister once again
Don't mind me the one that was abandoned
Say I love you and I'll take a knife to the heart
I should have known you were trouble from the start

You lied to me but expected empathy
I showed no sign of sympathy
You told my sister though, it's been like this for days
Us together is like a stupid masquerade
The masks always come of and we look stupid
All those feelings once had are now muted

I feel like an empty shell that was cast to the side
You took the thing I held close
Something that I loved the most
But like I said though, that wasn't the problem
