LAST NIGHT...

Helpless in my arms
regret in his dark eyes
looking so small for such a sturdy man
he ask why love hurt so bad sometimes.

I swallow a tear,chocking on my own guilt
I said,"Baby i wish i had all the answers.
Perhaps it is because we are humans
Or maybe,maybe it is God's way of testing our love,faith,loyalty."

He took my face and brush his lips against mine
"I bleed twice as much every time i make you cry."He whispered
"Tell me what you need and i will make it right."
My hand on the bed light,"Hold me tight tonight and never let me go." Is all i need.

Like a starved homeless cat having found refuge
i curled and rest peacefully in his breadth.
Warmth of his flesh liberating my pain
I drift away to a world of restoration and happily ever after.
