Fake smiles are always the predettiest
You see that girl? Yes the one smiling and laughing. Well she's scared Inside. Why you ask? Well her mom has a disease and doesn't know how much longer she will be around. Her dad disowned her and wants nothing to do with her. Her stepdad raised her. She seems like she's losing her friends. Nothing feels okay anymore. Until one day. She grabs a a paintbrush. She draws lines on her wrist. The lines get bigger and bigger until the brush leaves her hand. The paint drips off her wrist. The crimson pools surrounds her and she leans back against the wall.
Now they'll care...maybe...
