of alchemy's magic pill
so to make a change,
a quest for better days,
a better life to live,
that things have got to be better than this.
greener pastures, sweeter dreams,
beating hearts in distant seas,
a utopian view,
hopes and dreams come true,
pain is intense,
love is immense,
i want this up and down existence
at the click of my fingers,
the ability to feel,
alchemy's magic pill.
life taps a rhythm of a beating heart,
if you lose the beat go back to the start,
we have forever to get it right
because forever is a life lived life.
so oppurtunity comes in extraordinary ways,
never be afraid to make the change,
throw it all up and see how it lands,
have no fear to be lacking plans.
seeds will sow to flowers grow,
scattered where they're thrown.
the wind will blow the drifts of the snow
and we will learn to love again.
the rivers will flow, souls will grow,
a nomadic wander to winding roads,
skipping over stepping stones
to learn to live again.
