Purity Undone
I smiled as I tore her eyes from her skull.
The louder her screams became,
The more they sounded like a lullaby.
She was once an angel,
But now not even God could save her.
Her bones break like chalk.
Her entrails fall out of her...
Like rose peddals falling from its decaying host.
Her blood shines like an ocean beneath a rotting sun,
Reflecting her betrayal and my hatred.
I run my hands over her twisted body.
I have done to her what life has done to me.
I lick the blood from her pale lips...
Crucifixion never looked so beautiful.
