Take Me
take me.
generously pull my hair and steal my breath
away from me.
let me struggle under the weight of your whispers
wind me with your kisses
and then drop me, panting, to the ground.
please, kindly torture me.
let my skin burn under your hand until my flesh flames red
and your eyes spark, hungry.
I beg you to free me from my obstruent ankles:
lock them to the bed posts with my nose smothered delicately into the sheets.
tangle my arms, seal my pleading eyes,
make me secure, safe, ready.
take me.
I am yours:
crush me until I float, rip me apart until I am whole.
tease my body with your fickle fingertips.
sear my electric skin with your touch, leave a burning trail as you
explore, tempt, torment the trembling landscape spread open for you.
be intrepid. brave the beading rain, the rolling hills, the hurricane,
and finally, arrive at the eye of the storm.
arrive where you belong.
where I’m been waiting, drenching the sheets in anticipation.
And there plunge and plunge again, dive deeper and deeper, your hands clenched around my neck;
until I am drowning.
when I gasp for breath swim tongue into my mouth, firmly refusing me air.
and then slowly
still choking me
let one hand drift lower
let it hover above the violent waters.
There, please oblige when my hips beg you to play
with the budding fruit until I am swollen
and ripe.
Then, as the nectar oozes and my empty lungs heave, push deep and deeper still until my toes writhe in their bonds and my legs spark electric under the water and together we are ablaze, our hearts pounding under the crashing waves, and let me devour your tide; sweep me away on your current until we have been to the sun and back without moving an inch.
Release my neck.
fall panting over me, heavy and trembling
until both our breaths have been caught up with.
Then, slowly untie me.
make me beg to clean you with my tongue.
And watch as I savour
every last taste.
generously pull my hair and steal my breath
away from me.
let me struggle under the weight of your whispers
wind me with your kisses
and then drop me, panting, to the ground.
