All is Forgotten
Why not remember
all the men we killed
on remembrance day?
Does the loss and sadness
conceal the guilt
of a thousand deaths?
or are we simply too blinded by the
"we were right" and "they were wrong"
that we no longer see
the truth?
and yet all is forgotten
when the clock strikes 11
on remembrance day
