Solitude

and here I walk
along the black sands
listening to the eternal
song of the sea

the sun shines onto
the mossy hills
and the stones
glisten as pearls

I feel as if the ocean
is my beloved friend
the wave that
lifts me higher

tender yet strong arms
of abysmal tides
that reflects a glow
in glorious eyes

and if I was the sun
I would lay my rays
over its hues of blue
and listen

and listen to the song
of cryptic solitude
then kiss it tenderly
and fly away
