Torn Asunder
Desire bled through every vein,
A passionate whim, what a desperate game,
A symphony of burning ardor in secrecy,
Frenzied by denying obedience.
Seized in prohibited affection,
Casting me away as accusation,
Gazing at me with cold eyes,
Watching as I'm strewn in your lies.
Accusing shadows emerge before me,
Clouding my vision of your facade,
Searing my exposed flesh with razor claws,
Devouring my essence as it falls.
Tears stream down my face,
I raise my head to submit to my callous fate.
