"Labyrinth of Suffering"
The fire of sanity burns dimly inside
This uneasiness consumes my mind
Screams of agony fills my ears
The end I seek will never appear
I begged god for his salvation
And I received utter damnation
Here I stand, my fire almost out
Weak I am, I cannot fight nor shout
Hope soon fades with my dying light
I've fallen to this wretched blight
My fire burned out; I've no kindling
Forever trapped, I am
In my labyrinth of suffering

I see a few metaphors here: a dying spirit, constant mental turmoil, a cry for help, the desire for life to end... Yet trapped in this world until nature takes its course.
