wishing it was dead
it makes me want to rip them out
the delusions scare me
i see maggots coming out of my skin
i want them out out of my arms!!!!!
i want them gone i want them out!!!!

cutting and shredding and ripping
the maggots the blood and skin hitting the floor
DAMN IT!!! i cant take this anymore
i gauge and scratch
screaming and crying
horrible images in my head and a straight jacket hugging me

make us *feel* how the delusions scare you. the words are frantic, but there's not much manipulation of words to translate the feeling to the reader...well, to some readers i suppose, as this seems to have a couple of fans. the idea is good, but in my opinion, i think it would benefit from some poetry being put into it to make it really pop for us:
example?
horrible images rage in my head -
death.
i want to scrape these frightening delusions from the lining of my skull...
etc.
just more imagery than frantic maybe?
