Feel the tension rushing through your veins
Breaking free the anger you contain
Frustration echoing in wrath
Throws you off the righteous path
Shouting words you should have never said
straying from your intentions, a fault, mislead
Shatter your life in front of your eyes
Burning thoughts lost their disguise
No turning back
no longer the same
mistakes stain black
to wrap in shame
A thousand feelings burst and flood your head
A million lies that are blurring the truth you fled
You're alone, the silent screams in your head are back
And on the inside you hate yourself
cause you breached your f*ing track
