A Love Lost
I pull up to the grave
With fear in my heart
The headstone not saved
I failed on my part
I gave shitting on the grave
An entirely new meaning
Your dead body I shall raise
And give a thorough cleaning
But with creaks on every corner
And the most subtle movements
I think of all the mourners
And your deadly commitment
Twas not I but you
That made such a choice
And I wish that you knew
I wish I could hear your voice
With fear in my heart
The headstone not saved
I failed on my part
I gave shitting on the grave
An entirely new meaning
Your dead body I shall raise
And give a thorough cleaning
But with creaks on every corner
And the most subtle movements
I think of all the mourners
And your deadly commitment
Twas not I but you
That made such a choice
And I wish that you knew
I wish I could hear your voice
