Who Is God?

Brainwashed by a religion
That strips man of his power
To live ones life unwillingly
Forever under our fathers glower

The hell with this tarnished bible
It'll look good in the bottom of my trash
It occurs to me our God is absent
And I'm afraid he's never coming back

So many prayers unanswered
Now I'm forced to suffer the sting
Will God ever seize to prosper
Or hold me captive for all of my sins
