In times of sorrow
You only wish for tomorrow
For the sun to shine bright
And everything to be alright
In times of sorrow
You only wish to borrow
A smile from a friend
In hopes that the pain will end
In times of sorrow
You listen to the song of a swallow
The song it sings
Brings promise of better things
In times of sorrow

The pain you feel today
Has gone far far away
