the first time we met

The first time I saw u,
It was like magic.
I stood there watching you walk towards me
U had this easiness about u and confidence to.

When you saw me looking at u,
You smiled and it seemed like time stood still.
Your whole face lit up.
Your smile so bright it looked like
Rays of light beaming off of u.

Then u stood infront of me
And I couldn't believe it was really you.
I so badly wanted to hug you
Just to feel you close to me
But that's just not what I normally crave to do.

You gave me a book and I was afraid to take it
But now when I look at it I'm glad u gave it.

U stood a little longer looking at me
Looking at you. You said you were in a hurry
And just as fast as u came u left and I felt like
You took a part of me with you

I watched you leave and held the book to my chest
And I knew from that day on you will be someone that
Would be impossible to forget
