Letting Go
You came into my life not long ago
instantly I knew
the difference between them and you
you changed me
from the moment we met and we became friends
you helped me through difficult times
and i helped you in yours...
even when everyone
turn their backs on you
we were still there for each other
little did i know
i couldn't live without you
i'm starting to fall in love with you
i thought you feel the same way
but then you told me there's someone else
i didn't know what to do, my heart is broken in two
so i did what a friend ought to do
i am letting you go
my heart is bleeding and hurting, though
i just want you to be happy
you don't have to worry
your friend, i always will be...
