Montana Sky
she saw the streaks
they reminded her of her grandmother
she saw the cracks
and thought of her father
she saw the gray spots
and imagined her older brother
and when she looked out
across the clouds she forgot
about them all
the clouds her ceiling
all white was her ground
she stepped into the unknown
without making a sound
they reminded her of her grandmother
she saw the cracks
and thought of her father
she saw the gray spots
and imagined her older brother
and when she looked out
across the clouds she forgot
about them all
the clouds her ceiling
all white was her ground
she stepped into the unknown
without making a sound
