My All
The life we once dreamed,
Is now nothing more than a fading memory,
How were we to know we weren’t going to last?
Hearts, promises, dreams, all broken,
I want you back but you’re gone,
And there’s nothing I can do,
No matter how much I cry,
How much I wish, hope, and pray,
I can never get you back,
And, that kills me inside
How am I supposed live with myself?
When I hurt the only person who cares,
How do I forgive myself?
For letting the best thing in my life go
I am supposed to just give up?
Give up on the relationship that I know was meant to be
Or do I fight?
For you, my love, my soul mate, my man, my life, my all
