Just Because You Can't See it.. Doesn't Mean It's Not There

If You've Never Been There You Won't Understand,
If You Don't Understand..
Your Lucky To Have Never Been There..

A silent battle,
a fight from within,
although it's not visible,
it's deep down through their skin..
uncontrollable shaking,
burning inside,
sweating so much,
the shirt cannot hide..

"You look normal to me,
there's nothing wrong with you",
and because I can't see it,
your end up black and blue..
Oblivious,
barbaric,
they condemn and lambaste,
any innocent victim,
to beat down,
harass..
uneducated
ignorant,
open your eyes,
look through the exterior,
their frames a disguise..

There are things out there,
you just cannot see,
and as hard as you try,
to escape and break free,
you battle to be normal,
stop the rotting decay,
fighting so hard,
just to get through the day..

"Try not to judge,
just understand please,
its eating away,
a sickness,
disease"..
until you have walked,
a day in their shoes,
you wouldn't know,
just how battered and bruised,
they get everyday,
life is taking its toll,
but not on their body,
on their heart and their soul.
