World with no Love
In a world with no love,
My heart will never mend.
With all of the cracks and wounds,
Some from you,
Others from life itself.
When the lightning strikes,
Our hearts break open.
The pain inside rips us apart,
To the point of no more love.
No more compassion or need.
A world with no love,
Is a sad world indeed.
