You say you love me and want me forever
but show me a side of you that makes me say never
you used to be loving and wanting me all day
but lately your love is closed with nothing left to say
instead of pulling me closer, i feel pushed away.
irritated is what you are, and i know its from me
so what can i do to change so this wont be?
i am only a man but i let everything go
and now i write this alone with nothing left to show
you take your friends side over mine
laugh and talk shit about me all the time
how could you do this? why?
all it does is make me cry
i know i yell and say mean words
but not behind your back and that's not a lie
you hit me in the face, chocked and pushed me around
because i changed the tv channel while you were sleeping on the couch.
you have broken my heart in more ways than one
but act like nohting has been done
i have always be there with you through thick and thin
but this is the third time this has happened, now my broken heart won't mend.
