Silent tears hurt the most

No one hears you,
when your by yourself and scream out loud...
Yet no one hears you,
when you cry silent tears amounst a crowd...

Maybe it's the fact,
that you don't want people to know...
And maybe thats because,
you have nowhere else to go...

But when people think,
they'd like to help you when your down...
They never understand,
that when needed most, they aren't around...

I can scream out loud,
and compete with thundering rain...
I can bellow tears,
but it doesn't describe my pain...

But when i cry these silent tears,
It's in great fear of my emotional ghost...
They describe more pain then anything else,
so believe me when I say,
Silent tears hurt the most...
