Meeky

The lady, a cynosure,
By her side you'd wish to gaze into the azure.

In her eyes, innocence scintillates,
Between smiles and tears she'd oscillate.

In her laughter many found elixir,
To her command will bow an emir,
Her gaze stealing light from sapphire.
Breathing life into the wistful souls.

Silk envious of her touch,
Ascetics desirous of her grace,
In strokes and shades she seeks solace.

Her luscious lips speaks sub rosa,
In a voice akin to the most illustrious cadenza.

In bits of papers, she writes history,
And in despair, fulfilled is her prophecy.

Of a hutch, she'd make an empire,
Holding in her hands the answer to every quagmire.

Of inclemency, she'd make spring,
In gloom, she'd make promises bloom,
Standing in inertia, with her regal robe fluttering.

Waves erase the footprints she leaves on sand,
But what will erase those she left over my heart.
