My fallen shadow
it brings tears to my eyes
it washes away the smile from my face
and it will never go away
'cause it's a part of me
it follows my broken thoughts
it makes my life grey
and it will never go away
'cause it's a part of me
it tells me to lie
it tells me to sin
and it will never go away
'cause it's a part of me
it breaks me down
it teases me
and i will always be
a prisoner of my fallen shadow
