I want you to know, I've made mistakes.
I've said things I don't mean, I've lied for reasons unknown.
I have gave up on things,
Simply because I couldn't handle the pain of it.
But with you, I want you to know...
I know what it's like to be without you.
Nothing takes my interest like you.
Remember when I said I couldn't work you out,
That you could be anyone if you wanted to be.
I meant that, I still can't work you out down to the core.
But I'll spend my time trying to figure you out.
