I got cast aside and with that thought I'm haunted,
I fell in love and its a lesson I had to learn,
When I think about you I can't help but yearn,
We were great together I thought,
Whatever you wanted I would have bought,
You hated that about me,
What in me did you see,
I thought everything was going great,
Now I'm alone and full of hate,
But not for you but myself,
I lost everything even my wealth,
I hit rock bottom and am still going down,
Put me out of my misery and just let my drown,
You were the fire in my eye,
Now I see your name and want to die,
You were so perfect,
And it wasn't worth it,
We never should have met,
For pursuing you this is what I get,
A empty soul and a broken heart,
I can't enjoy life I don't even know where to start,
So I spend my days in a dark room,
Writing poems and thinking about you,
