broken girl
fake smile to please her friends,
just wondering when her pain ends,
laughing at the jokes they share,
hiding her scars under her hair.
lies to our eyes by trying to be strong,
spending her life hiding what went wrong,
shes tired of hiding the tears behind a smile,
never truly been happy not in a long while.
wants the pain to stop and lies to end,
her fake smiles stick out and never blend,
tries to pick herself tired of feeling damned,
trying to pick herself up but no strength to stand.
motivates herself to figure out her pain,
but scared that nothingness will remain,
so she puts on a smile to please the eyes,
silent on the outside, inside dies.
her smile may be beautiful but its fake,
she starves herself now shes as think as a rake,
her scars are hidden but that real another to make,
so dont judge her smile, shes broken, leave her alone for gods sake.
