Love Is Blind

If love is blind, I wouldn’t disagree.
I’ve never found my way through this strange dream.
I thought you would help me through but you were too blind, I guarantee.
I use to think you would snap out of it, come to your senses, realize my feelings. 
But i was wrong, you never cared, I just took the pain from your beatings.
You never touched me, but you didn’t have to, your silence hurt enough.
It cut into me deep; cut deep into my heart which i always thought was tough.
I always did love you, too bad you never saw how much i cared.
I tried to make you see, but you were too busy looking at everyone else instead of the scared.
I finally let you go, but not until I had lost everything.
I was always proud, but not when I was groveling for you to stop lying to yourself that you didn’t cling to the thought of bringing me into your life of bling.
