She and He

She sits alone and waits to hear
The key unlock the door
Then greets him with a frantic kiss
She couldn't love him more
She knows he loves her more than life
Even though at times she's bad
She feels inside when he is down
She's the best he's ever had
He can't imagine life alone
Though one day it will end
No more to see her smiling eyes
He'll lose his greatest friend
Until such time to say goodbye
Right at his side she'll stay
While in his heart her home shall be
