I Need Your Whole Heart & Soul
False words fall on deaf ears
When my head is low
Your dark eyes dart about the room
It just goes to show
The feelings hidden deep inside
Are forever surfacing
Through little movements, body language
You are all the little things
I hate, I love, want to kill, want to sing
Oh, love ain't nothin
But a fleeting thing
Something so solid
No matter what I bring
To the table, you still look to me
Like I'm hopeless, all I need is W and E
So pull up in your car
And get out with that face of yours
Smile miles wide from deep inside
I can see from where your tears pour
All the time, you're a fucking mess
And I guess I understand it
I know I always think too much
Always stand when I should sit
But when I have someone I can touch
I want nothing more but to own that
I want nothing more but all of you
I need nothing more but for then to clap
I need nothing more but the truth
I will have nothing more but the whole you
When my head is low
Your dark eyes dart about the room
It just goes to show
The feelings hidden deep inside
Are forever surfacing
Through little movements, body language
You are all the little things
I hate, I love, want to kill, want to sing
Oh, love ain't nothin
But a fleeting thing
Something so solid
No matter what I bring
To the table, you still look to me
Like I'm hopeless, all I need is W and E
So pull up in your car
And get out with that face of yours
Smile miles wide from deep inside
I can see from where your tears pour
All the time, you're a fucking mess
And I guess I understand it
I know I always think too much
Always stand when I should sit
But when I have someone I can touch
I want nothing more but to own that
I want nothing more but all of you
I need nothing more but for then to clap
I need nothing more but the truth
I will have nothing more but the whole you
