I Got Out For My Reasons.
I can imagine your expression, as I see you again.
The flickering hate and betrayal,
Contrasting the longing hope for my return.
I don't want to be in the position,
Stuck between family and being blood loyal.
I still remember our adventures,
The heart pumping chaos mixing with adrenaline.
We grinned in the face of trouble,
Created terror in the streets we strolled.
But when I came home,
I faced heartbreak and abandonment.
I was detaching myself from anyone; Everyone.
Forming into a monster,
Emotions and feelings just leaking out.
Pouring without remorse.
I had to change.
Tired of the fighting,
Sick of the shit we focused on.
It's true though,
Once you're in,
Even if you're out,
A part of you always remains behind.
The flickering hate and betrayal,
Contrasting the longing hope for my return.
I don't want to be in the position,
Stuck between family and being blood loyal.
I still remember our adventures,
The heart pumping chaos mixing with adrenaline.
We grinned in the face of trouble,
Created terror in the streets we strolled.
But when I came home,
I faced heartbreak and abandonment.
I was detaching myself from anyone; Everyone.
Forming into a monster,
Emotions and feelings just leaking out.
Pouring without remorse.
I had to change.

Sick of the shit we focused on.
