Hatred
how long shall i stare into the faces of hatred?
that i don't know.
i have looked at the faces of hatred for a long time
when i can look away that i don't know.
sometimes it is abuse,a face I know too well.
eyes red as hot coals.teeth of jagged iron that cuts me and
leaves me bleeding.lips of fire with words of molten steel that
sears right through me that leaves me tattered and bruised.
this face i have stared at for years, when i can look away i
haven't a clue but i fear my body will be blue before i can.
that i don't know.
