The night seemed perfect
It was a beautiful sunny afternoon
The birds the flying ever so high
Trees green and full of life
Swaying with the slight summer breeze
The smell of the ocean was crisp and clean
After passing our final exams
Having one too many alcoholic beverages
We were all were laughing
Playing pool
Singing off key extremely loud
The afternoon seemed just perfect
The sun was setting
The moon was climbing into position
Stars shone brightly
As the night sky set in
Saying my goodbyes,
Having one last drink before the journey home
A friend of a friend decided to join me
He walked me back
Telling jokes, laughing, singing
We had no care in the world
The night seemed perfect
He invited me into his room
For one last drink and to show me his new guitar
He came across as a nice guy, friendly
I was inebriated, I felt safe
I could never been so very mistaken
To this day I still do not or choose not to remember
The all events that lead to the ....
I remember waking up with him on top of me
I tried to yell, scream, fight him off
He was larger than me,
He damage me
He R..... me
I tried so hard to fight
I tried so hard to get him off me
He was violent, brutal, sadistic
He inserted ice and other objects
Forcing himself into additional places in my body
He took photos, of me
When it finally over
When he was finished
The last thing he ever said to me
“Hey slut, do not tell no one for 2 reasons
1. No one would ever believe a whore like you, with your reputation
2. And if you do I will pass these photos around, too everyone too see”
I did tell one person, my room mate
He was right
She did not believe me
She said even if it was true I still deserved it
The birds the flying ever so high
Trees green and full of life
Swaying with the slight summer breeze
The smell of the ocean was crisp and clean
