Your lessons were given to me in teaspoons
of solace
There I laid anomalously supine on
a Sahara of hardwood floor between each
ache, moment & this obsidian body,
Fully musing origamis of desire,
Fully aware of my Now
Knowing, well, trying to accept this (( I )) that

make love on the floor of
his borderless epistolary
with wine dipped toes;

with breath

Acupuncture
my heart’s been dropped
one too many times between
floorboards where pearls
were cultivated in soil and
barbs vines
moments which taught me to
look away, relentlessly
mindfully origami’ed.
quietly lost, I wonder off
path into unordain
territory
I think of father, how stars
would fall out of the sky as he
would orbit empty bottles
with no real courage only
liquid psychosis bittering his
inner divinity
he kept vocals and affection
hidden as though they were ...
