The Secret weapon
You have pain and sorrow...
Sometimes it makes you feel like you don't want to see tomorrow...
But what you don't know is that this life is only borrowed...
The pain and hurt are only temporary...It may seem like that's all this life keeps giving you...
Over and over...it beats you with the unknown force that brings you down..
It throws you into the pits of darkness...you try to come out to the light but it pulls you down...
Makes you frown...and the you ears seem to hear are the razor sharp words that go deep inside your soul...
It hurt you repeatedly with out...
Sometimes it makes you feel like you don't want to see tomorrow...
But what you don't know is that this life is only borrowed...

Just another Shadow...
The roar of the crowd washes over me...
Their voices washing over me...
Pounding my ears...
Reminding me how alone I really am...
i stand here...
And watch...
Waiting...
Hoping that someone,anyone would reach out to me..
I fade into the background...
I hear what they say...
The looks they give...
Heck even some pick on me as if it weren't enough to humiliate me further...
They don't even know me!....
Yet they cast me out...
As if i were diseased...
Only because i am different...
I do not follow...
I'm not like them...
...
Their voices washing over me...
Pounding my ears...
Reminding me how alone I really am...
i stand here...
And watch...
Waiting...
Hoping that someone,anyone would reach out to me..
I fade into the background...
I hear what they say...
The looks they give...
Heck even some pick on me as if it weren't enough to humiliate me further...
They don't even know me!....
Yet they cast me out...

Only because i am different...
I do not follow...
I'm not like them...

Now just another friend.
I miss the words you said..
I miss the way that we would play...
And every time i look into your eyes i just can't seem to pull myself away...
My once true love...
Now just another friend..
And it leaves me wondering...
Do you regret leaving?...
Did you enjoy me bleeding?...
I bled
And bled
And when we declared a cease fire...
I was long gone.
I was already dead.
Now just a distant memory how i once loved you...
I loved you to death...
Whos death?
My own.
And yet...
It is something i do not regret...
I miss the way that we would play...
And every time i look into your eyes i just can't seem to pull myself away...
My once true love...
Now just another friend..
And it leaves me wondering...
Do you regret leaving?...
Did you enjoy me bleeding?...
I bled
And bled
And when we declared a cease fire...
I was long gone.
I was already dead.
Now just a distant memory how i once loved you...
I loved you to death...

My own.

Dear Depression.
Happiness is in my grasp...
I wonder how long this will last..
Laugh, play and have a blast...
Moving on from the past...
The cycle continues but it is I who holds the lead...
So you can beg and plead...
See how far I can succeed...
I won't let you dominate me...
I have broken free...
Flying high...
Leaving all the pain behind..
Living with a constant reminder...
But it has become more of a comfort than a burden...
Come try your best...
See if i can pass your stupid test...
But i promise you when you do i will put you...
I wonder how long this will last..

Standing alone...
Standing alone...
Yet there are so many people around me...
How can this be?...
They laugh and play...
And i stand here wasting away...
Can you be an outsider in your own world?...
Joy has withered away...
Left me to stray...
I would reach out but why contaminate?...
If all is well with you why take something bright and shove into the darkness?...
My goodness...
Such a lonely road to take...
But it is destiny...
A never ending cycle...
Leaving those closest to become strangers...
Who ever said you can't be a misfit in...
Yet there are so many people around me...
How can this be?...
They laugh and play...
And i stand here wasting away...

Your vemnom...
As i sat there and told you all that was true...
I did not believe that you would leave me feeling blue...
You turned on me with such a wrath...
You took me and tore me apart...
You devoured all that joy that took me so long to feel...
And you made me turn back to a cold steel...
Unfeeling and numb...
I never thought you could be so cruel...
You spoke with words of acid...
That acid melted all that i had left...
The little i gained back you destroyed....
What took months to return to me...
You made vanish in a matter of minutes......
I did not believe that you would leave me feeling blue...

Like a shadow...
Because I lost the war long ago...
It has come after me time and time again...
Beginning a battle that never seems to end...
I run and i try to put distance between us...
And it hunts me down...
I fight with all i have...
Unleash the wrath it causes inside me...
Yet it always finds a way to revive itself...
Depression always lurks...
Waiting to get me when i'm at my lowest...
Like a shadow it follows me.
During sunny days and on the darkest nights when the moon light seems to dim to see...

No hope.
When it all began there could be not one thing that could go wrong..
But as time passed by..
It all crashed and started to burst in flames...
We descended high above all that destroyed us...
It was as if it was a dream...
A dream that turned to a nightmare...
Now all that made this dream beautiful is the very thing that has made a horrible mess...
And now we have all been left in distress...
Is there no hope?
No hope for those who march to my beat...
No hope for those who follow me..
No hope for those who share my rhythm of life...
But as time passed by..
It all crashed and started to burst in flames...

True feelings
What makes you think you can tell me how broken i will be if you leave?
What makes you think that you can belittle me and make me feel so worthless?
What gives you the right to build me up just so you can have fun taking me apart little by little??
Who told you, your allowed to use my ex boyfriend's aftermath against me?
Yeah i get depressed.
But what makes you think that you can hurt me and expect me to just take that.?
You said you would never hurt me.
Thanks for hurting me

Leave a clue..
You look at me and all you see is the pain that pours out..
Having you see me in this undeniable pain makes me feel worthless..
It's always something new bringing me down..
And yet your here without a judge mental sound..
You see past the facade..
And i'm grateful..
But it makes me wonder, how much more of this can you take?
Do you think you made a mistake?..
Please don't say you want to give us a break..
I know i am not the best..
So if you do want to put our relationship to rest..
I would understand..
The last thing i want to do is...

Maybe, just maybe
The pain seeping inside..
I just wish that people could see what i hide..
I smile and laugh pretend to have a blast..
But hoping each breath will be my last..
The pain is too much..
It kills me to have a pain so deep..
It's depressing to be so depressed..
Never caring any less..
Having never felt an empty feeling such as this..
If they could see the pain i hide..
IF they could see..
Then maybe..
Just maybe i could be set free...
I just wish that people could see what i hide..

I stand here, watching You there..
I stand here watching you there..
I am helplessly forced to a distance..
You scream for help as I try to run to you, but each step I take you run further the other way..
So i learned that if I just stand still you can't go any further..
You look at me and beg for a hand to reach out to but when i reach, you lash back further still..
How can I help if You just run away each time?..
I scream "DON'T GO!!", and yet you run faster still..
You have locked yourself away in a glass box..
I stand outside waiting..
Prepared to do all I can for You...
I am helplessly forced to a distance..
