Late night thoughts
I guess it just pains me inside
Having to deal with someone that loves someone else so much
I want to give you the love that you’re craving from her
But it’ll never be the same
Damn, why did I do this to myself?
I must be a crazy lady
But the pain was worth it
Getting to wake up to your beautiful face
Facing more heartbreak as I’m with you each day
Well if you can’t have her
And I can’t have you
Then loving myself is all I can ever do.

Future Lover
This old lover of mine
You are my inspiration
Just to keep going each day
Looking forward to your conversation
It delights me in every way
I love you
Although I’d never tell you that
I really shouldn’t be so depended on others
But living in this way I have no other choice
I have to make myself believe that I actually want to be here
When I really want to be with you,
In your arms warm and safe
You’d protect me and fulfill my every fantasy
Living love to you
In hopes of spending the rest of my life with you
A love like ours is so...

Just for a moment
Will you allow me to steal your heart?
Just for a moment
Look into your soul
Just for a moment
Make sweet love to you
Just for a moment
Hold your hand
Just for a moment
But the reality is
Nobody wants a moment
Their looking for their forever
Someone to grow old with them
If only forever
And cherish precious moments
If only forever
And have children
And raise them together
No matter what life throws at them
They’ll face it together
Because I got you
And were here just for a moment

Destined for Love?
I want to be loved
I want somebody to hold me
and kiss me and tell me
how beautiful I am
I want somebody to love me
not for my looks, but for personality
i want to expirience things
things that I've never done before
I want to know what real love feels like
I want to know, i truly do
I dont want something like any other couple
only something between me and you
nothing that can be duplicated
something that is rare
nothing to cause jealousy
just love that i know is there
holding hands in the park
parting with a gentle kiss...
I want somebody to hold me
and kiss me and tell me
how beautiful I am
I want somebody to love me
not for my looks, but for personality

Dear Love,
they say it takes a lifetime to forget someone don't they?
what I wanted to do but you had a hold on me
they say love can sometimes fade away
maybe into shades of gray
is it safe to say "i love you" in a crazy way?
well maybe not because i don't want my heart broken
not now or any other day
but i do know i want you in the worst way
but seeing how i was treated the feelings just fade away
but what you don't know is my love will never go away
unconditional is what i have and it's here to stay
only friends, maybe more
I'll save that...

I’ve been waiting, waiting

Or the emails and voicemails
But instead I get nothing, nothing at all
I’ve been wanting, wanting
You to come back to me
Where we can live happily ever after
But put an “n” before the “e” and get never after
That’s us right?
Too lazy to fight, for our love
