Depression and anxiety
NHS Doctor..
“Do you think you may have depression?”
Me;
“Er.. No”.
“Have you ever suffered from depression? “
“No”.
“Have you ever had low moods?”
“No”..
“ Oh..Well maybe when my Dad died in 2001, but something happened so that I knew he was OK”..
From that The NHS diagnosed me with depression and for the next few months in 2019 I Was bombarded by emails and letters from social services asking if I had low moods and whether or not I would be open to joining a weekly walking group that consisted of people with anxiety and...
