sublime kisses,fervent moods, blank pages , personification of pulchritude
Many days she's lost herself in bitterness in just the blink of an eye
Questions of why is it so hard for her to be loved by a decent man
Glancing in the mirror she prays too Aphrodite for beauty over night
Not realizing that her herself is and will always be her number one fan
Taking off her halter top revealing healed scars from wounds of the past
Domestic abuse was never the plan but the love overwhelmed her to stay
If she could go back in time question is if she would give up or make it last
For fear she could have made better choices that frightful...

Yo… I never been the one to blame anybody for the pain that ive caused
Always letting peoples thoughts get the best of me shit i guess I felt lost
Even though the sun don’t shine these days I still burn brighter than a flame
So keep talking shit as I move forward you can call this shit the thomas train
I survive like its 1967 with the chaos on my mind and I feel the pain of my city
I hear em yell blind pig blind pig 456 years later im fightin for peace in reality

A certain pressure rising in the chest almost like an infection
Trading clout for sobriety what would be the reason for drugs
Like me some people feed off music its our own brand of heroin
As liquor and blunts replace the fear of never being good enough

These days its very hard to find someone to talk with
Social media corrupts as everybody stares into their phone
What happened to nature walks and advice or tips
I guess its better to take care of business and just stay home
Most of us find people fake therefore not wasting our time
Yet I seek a partner to scintillate my intellectual capacity
No point in being a shoulder to lean on if you say im fine
Why give out my heart or waste my breath to calm your reality

It was you and me running wild through the jungle
Two best friends with the world on our shoulders
No matter what happened we were always humble
Never missed a beat as we continued to grow older
Plenty of arguments but we had each others back
In each others shoes we achieved so many miles

Focused on success I must learn to be patient
As I can never let my past blind me with chaos
Making better choices rather than getting faded
Understanding that hard work will always pay off
I feel a certain need to watch the company I keep
Overthinking so much my mind is emotionally drained
Laughing while I suffer I can't let them get to me
I put myself in those positions therefore I take the blame
Guardian angel asking if I will ever learn from my mistakes
