I wake up to the morning light and think of yesterday.
About the things I had done wrong and how I'd find a way.
To help me feel better about myself and not make others pay.
It isn't an easy job to find, just the right words to say.

Will I mistreat others because I'm feeling pain.
Can't I just let go of thoughts that make me feel insane.
I'll simply talk about them until I find a way.
That will help me with tomorrow, and learn from yesterday.

There are some people in my life, and they can help me out.
