POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Where are You now My Dearest Friend
Whilst reading old letters like cold headstones,
Over come with nostalgia of days I had laid to rest,
Found in dark places where no light has shone,
I shrink in fear of memories despite all of my best
Attempts to forget as to find relief
From the things welling up from underneath,
Thoughts of long fights we had over the phone
Our words like darts viciously thrown
Oh what happened to those days
when we each confessed our own
worried not with saving face
And all was truth to be known?
Where are you now Dearest...

Oh what happened to those days

looking back
theres a pain in my being,
a cutting at my core,
a sting in my chest,
in my head a roar
is it those thoughts
memories of u???
or the realization
i am with out u ????
i am dying...
i am falling apart with out the haven
of your caring and understanding
in a mighty tempest of thought
wracking my mind, heart, and soul
with a million casualties of conscience
a cutting at my core,
a sting in my chest,
in my head a roar
is it those thoughts
memories of u???
or the realization
i am with out u ????
i am dying...
i am falling apart with out the haven
of your caring and understanding
in a mighty tempest of thought
wracking my mind, heart, and soul
with a million casualties of conscience

a hundred heart beats
hand full of hair, your skin on my teeth

we've been here before
but still you fail to breath, my eyes meeting yours
penetrating every thought
all attempts to speak
are all for not
though there's really no need
for we both know
this moment consumes what we are
every kiss, caress,
potentially a scar
left on our body's, hearts, and minds,
so much damage done in so little time.
till we both have no choice, but to lie in embrace
hearts racing skin bleeding on the...
