POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
In the dark
Tucked in bed,
In the corner,
In the dark,
like a mourner.
Of chances missed,
and task not done,
I wish to dream of love and fun.
Deep thought travel through the mind,
stories written, paths to find.
The ideas lost, try to unwind.
Don't be cruel dear mind.
Put at rest,
don't try, don't test,
accept the mess, you tried your best.
Don't tidy, don't mutter, attempt to empty out the clutter.
If brain could talk it would be a stutter.
Whispers, mutters, quiet words.
They grow loader, the need to be herd,...

war and greed
Its the greed that feed the need,
the hunger to proceed,
as the public plead
and the innocent bleed.
They conquer, they crush, they turn the world to slush
try and keep t hush hush
as they live their life so plush.
A collaboration of lies,
a fabrication of a truth,
instigation of a story,
that died within its youth.
As they lied through the tooth
the mouth of the uncouth
the rude awakening has come before a truce.
To me they seem obtuse
wrapped up in the abuse
rebels grow stronger
as civillians recluse
