Lies
You say you love me that's a lie.
You say you want me that's a lie.
You say i'm the only one for you.
Well baby that's a lie.
I cant count how many times you lied.
Fot that is to much to count.
I can however count the times you made me laugh.
The times you made me smile.
Even all the times you made me cry.
I cant count the times you walked out my door and said you wouldn't be back.
Because that was lies.
I can count the days leading to our goodbye.
You say i will take you...

Look at me now
Dark as day.
Light as night.
The stars to bright.
The sun to dark.
A daughter of the abuser.
A daughter who asks why.
A mother who hates.
A mother who doesn't care.
The Daughter drowning.
Scars on her face.
An unsuccesful murder.
For the one who tried to kill this way.
To many times of your words being said.
To many punchs you throwed.
You thought you could bring me down.
But look at me now.
Sixteen years old.
And still going strong.
You can sit in your throne.
And get away with it all.

Darkness
I laugh.
I cry.
You dont even know why.
You cant even see that I'm dying inside.
The hate that's spread.
The screams of death.
I'm changing.
Evolveing into what you made me.
I once was the angle of light.
But you took me out oh that light.
I'm still an angle but not the one i was.
The darkness was calling.
So iwent and stayed.

A dark heart can only go so far.
The bad boy can only love so much.
The good girl can only take so much heartache.
The twisted nights of love.
The dark kiss of hate and betrayal.
Why go so far why spread myself to thin.
To put up a fight but give into you in the end.
Tortured lovers is what we are.
You rise by the moonlight.
I rise by the sun.
You keep up the act.
I stay in love with you.
You punch the walls.
I just stand and watch till your calm again.
I can only go so far for the bad boy you are.

I watched the sunrise alone.
I watched the sunset alone.
I watched the moon rise high above the night sky alone.
I watched the moon fade away alone.
The stars I watched shine so bright alone.
