PRAYING MANTIS
Oh! I fear for some yo' dear brothers!
Sexy ladies hanging 'round y'all
Giving 'good loving' faster than you open the safe
Moving in before you give 'em key
A baby in the Kiln and just like that you're marked!
"Let's take life insurance baby," She convince you. "just incase something happens..."
Oh yeah! You gonna happen;
Accusations of misconduct, battery charge... you know how they crawl!
Before long you depressed, drinking too much, in acrimonious divorce or behind bars
Which is preferable to rotting away in a coffin...

DIVINE ORDER
Keep lodging pressure on friendships;
You'll constantly call each "fake".
Whilst really, it's a failed allure of your misguided expectation.
Friendships are wind turbines
They're neither the ship nor the occupants of;
God, Family. Then, friends.

PALESTINE:THE WOMB WHO BORE MY GOD~
My Darling in oppression,
I know you did not have a lovely Jumu'ah yesterday, and neither are you having a good time now. You're always with me in prayer, and this Sabbath, I thought to put on a sackcloth, dump ashes on my head and weep with you.
Oh my Beloved! How can I not weep with you? Are not your wounded young men my brothers? My lovers? My caretakers and my very own companion? My sons indeed! Blood of my blood! Flesh of my flesh, Life of my life!
That torn woman, wailing! sitting on rubble rocking the departed Fruit...

THE TELLING OF OUR DREAMS
The dreams we had!
Oh!All the dreams we had!
Do they stare back at us like a ghost and sneer
Or laugh at our malfunctioned endeavours?
Mourn?Mourn,perhaps?
Due to the logs that caused us to turn back? At utter failure to attempt?
Maybe at their lost opportune to be?
Hmmmmm,if only they could talk
Or perhaps they do talk?
